Crystal Clear Software Ltd. was registered as a limited company in Uganda on 23 March 1998. Daily operations started as of 1st of August 1998.

These organizations are Findev and Viator, both in Azerbaijan. Findev has been using Loan Performer since February 2000 while Viator has used it since December 2001.
