Crystal Clear Software Ltd. is the sole developer of Loan Performer, the Award Winning, No. 1 Software for Microfinance. Loan Performer is a commercial package available in four languages, i.e. English, French, Russian and Spanish. Crystal Clear Software Ltd. also markets, sells, implements and supports Loan Performer.
Registration
Crystal Clear Software Ltd. was registered as a limited company in Uganda on 23 March 1998. Daily operations started as of 1st of August 1998.

- 20113 December 2011: Selected for the 3rd year among the Top 100 fastest growing Medium Sized companies in Uganda.
- 201111 November 2011: Recognition for maintaining the highest quality in Management Systems (Uganda National Bureau of Standards).
- 2010October 2010: ISO 9001:2008 Certified for Quality Management Systems.
- 2010October 2010: "Innovative Product Award" from the Uganda Communications Commission.
- 2000Two out of the 20 winners of the CGAP (World Bank) Financial Transparency Award for micro-finance institutions use "Loan Performer", a software product developed in Uganda. These organizations are Findev and Viator, both in Azerbaijan. Findev has been using Loan Performer since February 2000 while Viator has used it since December 2001.
- 2005Winner of the African SMME Awards 2005 in the Information and Communication Technology sector, issued by the Centre for Investment Analysis (ACIA) of the University of Stellenbosch Business School in Capetown, South Africa.
- 2003Silver in the 5th President's Export Awards 2003 for being the Number 1 Exporter in the category ICT Exports (received Jan 2005).
- 2003Investor of the Year Award 2003 for the "Best Software Development for the year 2002-2003" from Uganda Investment Authority for producing the best Uganda software (received Nov 2003).
