• You always need the Base module. You can then add on the modules that you need.
• The license for SQL Server is for 20-users. The price per additional user is USD 100.
• The license for SQL Server does not include MS SQL Server. 
• The single, 5 and 12 user licenses are with a Foxpro database...

On top of this we charge annual fees, which are at 20 percent of the license. For this you get free updates and free email/fax/phone/ftp/chat support. The software is not sold without annual fees.

Example of the pricing structure

• An organisation that wants a single user, one branch version with just the loans module, pays US 700 plus annually US 140 (20%).
• An organisation that wants a single user, 3 branches version with just the loans module, pays US 1,365 (3 branches  * US 700 less 35% rebate) plus annually US 273 (20%).
• An organisation that wants a single user, one branch, full version, pays US 900 plus annually US 180 (20%).
• An organisation that wants a 5 user, one branch, full version, pays US 1,600 plus annually US 320 (20%).
• An organisation that wants a 12-User License, one branch, full version, pays US 2,200 plus annually US 440 (20%).
• An organisation that wants a single user, full version for 3 branches, pays US 1,755 (3 branches * 900 less 35%) plus annually US 351 (20% of 1,755).
• An organisation that wants a single user, full version for 10 branches, pays US 4,950 (10 branches * 900 less 45%) plus annually US 990 (20% of 4,950).
• An organization that wants an SQL Server version for 2 branches, pays US 3,900 (3,000*2 less 35%) plus annually US 780 (20%). This is only for the LOAN PERFORMER licenses, if you don't already have MS SQL Server, you need to add on the costs of MS SQL Server or work with SQL Server Express which is free of charge.

Note that the above does not include training and implementation expenses.

If you need to consolidate data into a corporate database at Head Office, you need an additional license, which is free of charge.

In case you want training as well, we provide a standard training of 9 days at a fixed price, with a maximum of 10 participants. Please contact us for further details.

Payment Options
Payments can be made:
- by bank transfer 
- by money transfer (Western Union) or 
- by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB. We do not accept Electron cards. In case of payment by credit card, you have to add on 5% of the invoiced amount as charges. For security reasons, we cannot process credit cards on-line. You need to fax a letter authorizing us to charge your credit card. You should include copies of the front and backside of your card, the name of the card holder, the card number, the security number at the back of the card and the reason for payment. The letter should have the address, telephone and signature of the cardholder. You can fax this to ++256-41-233644 (our fax line).
