LOAN PERFORMER TRAINING AND SUPPORT

If you take your MIS system serious, don't take a short-cut on your training expenses. A good MIS is made up of 4 elements:

- Hardware
- Software
- Know-how
- Procedures

If the quality of one of these elements is not up to standard, the MIS as a whole - and with this management - will suffer. So take training seriously.

Training in LOAN PERFORMER can be done on-site or off-site and we can provide a general training or a training for specific target groups. If your location is too far or your budget does not cater for high travel expenses, order at least the training manual and organise a training by your own IT staff.

Requirements

The requirements for a successful training are that the participant is conversant with computers and computer software and that the participant knows the micro-finance business. Conversant with computers and computer software means that the participant should be fluent in office applications and file management.

At the end of the course the participant has to do a test. Upon successful completion of the test a certificate is issued.
